What we collect

When you send a quote request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name, email, phone number, the package you picked, and your message. We also note the date and the page you sent it from.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare your quote.
• To keep a record of our conversation if you become a client.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

Where it's stored

Quote requests are stored in Google Firebase, a secure cloud database. Only Tidepool Web can read them.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our font and hosting providers may record basic technical details, like your IP address, to deliver the page.

Removing your information

Email hello@tidepoolweb.com and ask us to delete your request. We'll remove it and confirm by email.

Client websites

This policy covers tidepoolweb.com only. Sites we build for clients have their own privacy policies.
